My focus on this project was to improve the functionality and design provided in of the Scrimba - Frontend Developer Career Path module. To do so I used JavaScript together with localStorage for Leaderboard management and player settings and CSS3 with HTML5 for displaying the game and having it responsive.
React JS RestAPI CSS HTML
I decided to build an application for searching for movies. I implemented the search function inside a React component that is updating a variable through useState hook. The project uses React components to separate different sections of the card. I have also used React Hooks such as useState, useEffect for preserving data throughout the app and RestAPI for retrieving movies.

JS Cat Facts API Geolocation Web API OpenWeatherMap API Chrome Extension CSS HTML
I have created a Chrome Extension dashboard since I love cats and, I wanted to make something practical while using Chrome for browsing. Hence the idea of putting a few details that I would like to see when I open a new tab, such as interesting cat facts, current time and current weather based on my location. The project uses Rest API to retrieve cat facts, background image and retrieve weather info from OpenWeatherMap API. I have also used Geolocation Web Api to retrieve user coordonates.

As part of a challenge during the Scrimba - Frontend Developer Career Path, receiving a Figma design I decided to implement it using React basic functionalities. The project uses React components to separate different sections of the card. I have also used Google fonts and Font awesome for icons.

information and personal images to emphasise why Dublin
desereves its place in the top thirty cities in the world.
I built the Dublin Website using a
Bootstrap template where I wanted to display some
enriched pictures using Parallax Gallery from
Dublin.
